The Annual Checkup

My body is aging so I asked, how is it? 
when I went to the doctor for my annual visit

He said the results of my tests look fine 
my lumps and blemishes are all benign

There are no signs of trouble lurking 
and all my pumps and valves are working

My hands are steady, my eyes are bright 
my plumbing is good and I sleep well at night

My vehicle works and it’s up to code 
so here’s to one more year on the road!
