Fulvio!

On the happy occasion of his 93rd birthday

On a beautiful day in Trieste
a mother bore a son,
she was molto emozionata
when she saw what she had done.
He was a bright and cheerful child,
a happy little boy:
Fulvio! full of life, full of song, full of joy.

There wasn’t much he couldn’t do,
a handy man was he,
who trod the boards and wowed the crowds
from sea to shining sea.
A master of the serenade,
his voice was sweet and strong:
Fulvio! full of joy, full of life, full of song.

He traveled far and wide for years,
was always on the move,
and spent his time creatively –
Leonardo would approve.
Now he lives in California
where he’s settled with his wife:
Fulvio! full of joy, full of song, full of life.
